dotCMS Launches Interactive Roadmap to Encourage Continuous Development of Products and Features
Aug 30, 2022
The top three goals for the dotCMS Interactive Roadmap are to:
Welcome product feedback and ideas from both customers and the greater CMS community. dotCMS intends to use this feedback to help shape and prioritize product development.
Inform customers, prospective customers, users, and fans of the latest news in dotCMS product and feature development. Not all feature plans are substantial enough to be listed, but key items will be continually added.
Promote Transparency of the dotCMS product development roadmap. As a part of the open-source community, we welcome the responsibility to publicly highlight our development plans and priorities.
"As our client base grows and the pace of our product development accelerates, we want to inform our clients of our product development roadmap and give our community the chance to directly voice their needs,” said Jack Diego, dotCMS Product Manager.
“That's why we're excited to publish our product release highlights and our roadmap in the same online space and collect valuable feedback at the same time. With this, dotCMS welcomes the opportunity to strengthen client relationships both by highlighting our near-term accomplishments and by giving greater visibility into our long-term product vision."

dotCMS is a content management system that helps global enterprises with sophisticated content requirements create, manage and deliver content anywhere. The dotCMS platform is best suited for organizations across industries who manage multiple brands, websites, workflows and content types across multiple languages, and need a platform that is secure and scalable for a development team to work with, but also has intuitive editing tools for content and marketing teams to manage their mission-critical content.
Brands such as Dairy Queen, Newell, Greensky, Chewy and Comcast have chosen dotCMS as their primary platform to scale their content operations and empower their marketing teams so they can reduce developer dependency, enabling teams to go-to-market faster, without sacrificing the flexibility and security of their CMS.
