As Director of Professional Services at dotCMS, he has led hundreds of enterprise implementations for global organizations, helping clients translate complex CMS requirements into scalable digital experiences. Ian has also helped mature the dotCMS onboarding organization, enabling clients to collectively deliver thousands of sites on the platform.
