Dean Gonzalez is the Support Operations Manager at dotCMS, where he leads global support operations, drives AI adoption, and is building an intranet platform to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing. Dean joined dotCMS in 2006 after teaching programming and quickly became Lead Trainer. He went on to lead Customer Service, build and direct the company’s documentation platform, and manage Quality Assurance. From 2014 to 2020, he founded and led dotCMS’s Costa Rica office, scaling a nearshore team supporting global operations. He later served as a Lead Sales Engineer, helping clients design enterprise solutions. Today, Dean focuses on operational excellence, proactive support strategies, and using AI to enhance team performance and customer experience.
